I see people offering 15K~ for just a sigil. Maybe I'm oblivious to my surroundings.. but what is so special about this item?

Where and how do you get this? What benefits are there to a guild hall?

You need a guild hall before you can do Guild vs Guild (GvG) battles with other guilds. There are several different guild halls you can choose from. Please do a search to find more information.
